30MS SIS-A00 TIASHA [Farbe B]

You know, I've collected these for years and it's only now that I read some of the lore.
The 30MS girls are reverse-Tron digital 2D girls brought into the 3D world as superheroes meant to combat a mysterious otherworldly threat, by cooperating with humans as the 'brains' and the girls as the brawn, with their digital weaponry and equipment. Good news for those who want a genuine 2D girlfriend - The bad news is that this tech is from the year 3XXX.

This is a retrospective review, since Tiasha is the 16th 30MS full kit that I've bought, despite being #2 in the whole line, right after Rishetta and before Luluce. I built Tiasha Dahlia Wear before the original.

This kit includes Tiasha, a sword, shield and some minor accessories.

In retrospect, I'm pleasantly surprised at how good the original three kits were and I find that they hold up just fine in looks and construction, although at this point, Tiasha is only a 5 year old kit, hardly a "retro" kit compared to some of the more than a quarter century old gunpla kits I own.

Aesthetics:
Tiasha has a sandy blonde medium bob and green eyes. Her body type is "A", which was originally the smallest before Lirinel/Laranel, using skin Color B (pale skin).

She wears a 'sleeved swimsuit' paired with thigh high wear (long boots or bodysuit stockings with shoes) and bare thighs.
For Tiasha her colors are black, grey and magenta-red for the accents. Additionally Tiasha has turn-down cuffs at the top of her leg wear, a detail only seen since with Sestieh, but these are entirely optional.

With her equipment on, her theme is tech futuristic without going full cyberpunk, as an aerial agent. She wears a pair of lower-back mounted small black wings, red fins on the side of her calves and small black wings on her head.

Compatibility:
Just like Rishetta and Luluce, this model has 3mm hard points (two on the back and behind the shin/thigh caps on her legs) and the outdated dual tabs on her arms and legs.
The leg fins are two sets of fins together and can be split up to be equipped on her arms and calves.

Besides that, Bandai has been largely consistent and you can swap out limbs, face, head, hair or whatever you want. In fact she has an advantage over her "updated" model, which is that her "aerodynamic front plate" can be removed and replaced with other small busts that use the double tab connectors, same as Luluce. You'll find some of these in the Costume kits, such as the Fairy or the Reaper kits. Her newer version might have wider hips to her, but she's forever flat.

You can use Dahlia Wear parts on Tiasha, but not vice versa, as the leg fins require the connector slots specific to early legs (solved by simply equipping the old legs on the new model).

Tiasha's Flight Armor kit is a bit of a rip-off, but it has parts specific to her kit, such as the ring that attaches onto her shield and the red expansion that fits her head 'crest'. Thankfully Bandai pretty quickly gave up on this half-kit approach and we've since gotten either full gear kits or 'light' kits without any expansions.

1 Black Shield - Attached via 3mm connector
1 "He-Man" styled Bastard Sword (11cm long)
4 Hands - Fists and holding hands
Backpack adapter and 3mm peg extender
A set of Magenta-Red Ring parts

Conclusion:
Tiasha holds up. The worst I can say is that she has two-part hips/thighs (seamlines). The Dahlia Wear hair, outfit and taller eyes are entirely up to you whether you prefer one or the other. I like some of the faces on the new models and I like the old hairstyles better.
The old bodies are fairly obviously "30ML", in that they're full of 3mm holes everywhere to the point that it's now its own aesthetic. Maybe you like it, maybe you think it's obnoxious and that they all need to be filled.

I will say though, that the fact that you can't swap the bust on the new model is an instant demerit. I like that there's a large sword and shield on her old model, versus the two 'energy blades' on her new one, which gives collectors more options.
I'd say you can easily pick whichever you think looks better. As 30MS kits go though, Tiasha in any version, is one of the least interesting girls and unfortunately comes off as generic, in my opinion.
