When the original three girls, Rishetta, Tiasha and Luluce, relaunched as new model kits, Bandai also released three new limb kits in their corresponding skin colors, with mixed skin and armor/clothing parts, with a black and white theme.

Tiasha's Color B kit is the Float Unit.

Distinctly different from the other two kits, this one has mechanical lower legs, replacing the weak flesh from the knee down with straight and armored prosthetics that end in points, giving the pint-sized pipsqeak a much needed boost. So now she just looks like a small girl on stilts instead. Much better!

The legs have two built in functions for standing poses, one being the black ends turning to stand as feet, having a tilt option, the other being the fold-out stiletto heels, for a more precarious posture. Neither one is particularly good at standing, these are more for aerial poses, which is Tiasha's theme.
The lower legs use the double-pegged single bend joint that newer 30MS legs use.

The kit uses bare thighs and bare arms between the wrists and biceps in Color B skin, but the hands, hips/upper thighs and shoulders/upper biceps are covered and match the other two kits.

You also get 3 full sets of gloved hands in the usual fists/holding/open poses, a pair of skin colored holding hands and a bunch of spare hand parts, as well as a pair of rollerskate attachments that don't fit the legs.

The included ring set is transparent light red, matching Tiasha's accents.

The hips, hands and upper arms have some overlap with the other two kits, so you can swap the parts around and make fully black or fully white parts.

Since there are no replacements for the bare skin parts, these are a lot less universal than the other kits.
Just like the product images suggest, the legs fit the early Option Parts Set 3 "Mechanical Unit", which has mechanical arm and leg replacements, also in black and white plastic.
