30MS SIS-M00 Ilshana [Color C]

Ilshana is 30MS #10 and is another Color C kit on the heels of Siana-Amarcia (which is a heavily equipped Luluce recolor).
According to her bio, she "absolutely worships" Neverlia as her Big Sister and is sworn enemies with Tiasha (probably because they're both small winged sisters). She has a mischievous, selfish and childish personality.

Aesthetics:
Ilshana is a middle step between the smallest T-type Lirinel/Laranel and the small A-type Tiasha and Luluce, with a similar face type to the twins, in that her face sits lower on the standard sized face plate (versus the smaller types used by Sourei/Shuremi/Caster). Her body has a slim figure and slender limbs.

She wears a purple, orange and white outfit with a cartoony bone theme, with what looks like a deliberate Halloween type outfit, not unlike the purple and orange pumpkin outfits known from Monster Hunter.
Her segmented skirts sort of look similar to pumpkin ridges and she wears a purple petal headband as well as petals and ribbons on her shins.
It wouldn't be a far reach to consider her a sort of mischievous opposite fairy, with bony wings and bonehead sticks/maces instead of a wand.

Her grinning face has an open mouth back plate and a jagged teeth option.

Ilshana is the first model that uses a ring spacer between her upper and lower torso, that hides the gap between them when bending her body.
She uses small limbs (slightly slimmer and slightly longer than the T-types) and has unique white petal frills on her sleeves.

Mechanics/Compatibility:
Ilshana's wings can tilt together, swing horizontally and have two vertical hinge points, enabling them to fold. There is a connector piece for her two maces to make them into a spinning baton type weapon.

Ilshana is sort of in her own boat, being Color C, short and slender. She doesn't share molds with anything else and her lower set face means that other hair types will look a little awkward on her. The easiest is simply to put her head on another Color C body.

Her bust uses the same connector type as the A-type bodies, so you have some compatible options from the Costume lines as well as the (first) Tiasha and Luluce chest plates.

1 pair of Shin Ribbon Plates - Her legs have three pairs of hole caps
1 set of Bone Wings - Attached on upper back via 3mm peg
2 Bone Maces - Heads detach and can be used with her pegged hands to hold them (plus connector)
1 set of Skirts - Attach via lower back, side skirts can tilt up and down
5 pairs of Hands - Spread open, holding, fists, 3mm peg hands and hand-holding hands (same as Lirinel, Laranel and Tukirna)
1 Backpack and Neck adapter
1 set of Orange Ring Parts
1 purple OJ2 runner with spare joints (same as Neverlia)

Conclusion:
I would make the claim that Ilshana is the first Sister that really sets herself apart from the other tech/plugsuit designs and looks like she's her own character, rather being "another one of those girls from that line of kits". Neverlia is also a departure from the same, but she shares more of the DNA with her predecessors than Ilshana does, as a braver step outwards.

The girls since then, such as Yufia, Sourei and Sestieh, are all more distinct in their designs and appearance, while the newest kits like Belveria, Merunja and Myasti have shed the legacy altogether.

The little gremlin girl might have been the real catalyst for the evolution of the line, even moreso than her beloved Big Sister, Neverlia.
