Customized materials (chain parts/multi joints)

You should note that small chains are a general good that are available in most regular hobby stores across the world, for a very low price point. There is nothing special about the metal chain and the plastic chain is the regular grey plastic and the exact same type that you get with other gunpla kits, such as the MG RX-78-2 2.0 for the Gundam Hammer.

If you just need small scale chains, this is a substandard purchase. However, it also includes a variety of 30MM 3mm adapters as shown on the product images, as well as 3mm anchor points that you can attach chains onto, which are not easy to come by outside of Bandai, which is the real value of this kit.

The two chains are:
One 14cm gunmetal color metal chain
One 21cm plastic chain (with carabiner ends)

There are too many individual parts to list and describe, but the standouts are the 3mm caps for hiding holes on models and the two types of anchor points, open and closed, for attaching chains or string onto.
There are also male-to-male and female-to-female adapter pieces and a variety of C-clip adapters.

There is a real lack of decorative caps/hard point plugs, so an alternative is to cut color matching or transparent runners and plugging holes with those instead, then either using glue and sanding to make them seamless or covering the area with pla-plate or greeble surfaces.

I would've liked to have more stuff in general, even at MSRP, since this doesn't really feel like a 'chain focused' kit as much as a convenient product to dump an adapter runner and two cut-to-length chains. Packs with ten chains or a pack of more comprehensive adapter parts, would've been much preferable.
